Each March, in recognition of Women’s History Month, STAR/PAL hosts its annual Young Women’s Conference, a half-day event designed to inspire, empower, and encourage high school girls as they explore their future goals and opportunities.

The conference brings together women from a variety of law enforcement and public safety professions who share their personal journeys, career experiences, challenges, and lessons learned along the way. Through engaging presentations, panel discussions, and small group conversations, participants have the opportunity to connect with positive role models, ask questions, and gain insight into careers they may not have previously considered.

The Young Women’s Conference encourages participants to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and recognize their ability to make a positive impact in their schools, communities, and future careers.
