Max Foster

Community Advocate

Born and raised in San Diego for most of his life, Max is a longtime advocate of civic duty and philanthropy. After living in Los Angeles with his wife for a number of years, Max moved his family back home to San Diego in 2015 to raise their son and become more involved in giving back.

Max has worked in real estate development and investing for over 10 years, as well as helping grow multiple businesses through his involvement and partnerships in numerous start ups. Max’s family has been a key factor in helping grow the city of San Diego for well over 100 years, a tradition which he has strived to continue.

In addition to real estate and volunteering, Max has been involved with organizations such as Words Alive, Americans For Safe Access, Jewish Family Services San Diego, UC San Diego, Francis Parker School and more. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the La Mesa Parks & Rec Foundation, STAR/PAL Development Committee and is the President of the Foster Family Foundation.
